The New Netherland Project has a working relationship with Syracuse University Press, which involves publication of translated volumes upon receipt of camera-ready copy produced by the Project. In addition, Syracuse University Press has purchased the backstock of translations previously published by The Genealogical Publishing Company. [NB: When the translation and publication program began in 1973 the series title was New York Historical Manuscripts: Dutch, which distinguished it from a series of publications from the English period entitled New York Historical Manuscripts: English.
